Hale Awapuhi Sunrise is surly among the largest & most luxurious ocean front apartments in Hawaii. Exclusively gated, this boutique 9-unit project is on a quiet beach cove with natural ocean ponds. Hale Awapuhi Sunrise has a private entrance steps away from the covered parking and shaded by giant Monkey pod trees. Boasting over 2200 square feet plus lanai space and a 23 foot high ceiling, this luxurious apartment feels much more like a private home than a condo unit. Occasionally the rare Hawaiian monk seal will inhabits the beach below & Turtles can often be seen from the lanai. Enjoy watching the cruise ships and seasonal whales pass by. It is impossible to build any closer to the ocean these days. The unit was completely redesigned and renovated in 2003. A local architect redesigned to afford ocean views from the custom kitchen, with all new cabinetry and appliances. Aside from the dramatic ocean view, the spiral staircase adds a dramatic artistic element to the main living area. The unit is finished with beech wood and marble floors, jetted tubs, granite kitchen counters and custom lighting fixtures. Attention to every detail to make this an amazing setting. This is one of the finest suites that we have the opportunity to manage.

This condo is amazing, and we had a wonderful stay. Inside it's gorgeous, and the beautiful view and sound of the waves crashing made it our favorite condo we've rented. We only had one issue, which was immediately addressed by Kauai Exclusive. Would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed at this property for a week of our honeymoon in Hawaii. We enjoyed the beautiful kitchen and community grill for our meals. The beautiful view of the ocean combined with the open air environment made a wonderful place to stay. The location was ideal for shopping and getting wherever we desired.

This rental is simply amazing - in terms of overall management and location. If you are looking for a rental on Kauia where most days you can relax and things planned for you this is the place. Or if you are looking for a place in a central location and you can explore the island yourself - this is the place. You can walk to many amazing restuarants - sushi, korean, mexician, vegan, and many within Coconut marketplace. We didn't have a rental car for the first two days and besides stocking the condo with food - never needed a car. The property managers can also help you plan excursions or give you advice on places to see. We stayed in this rental for 10 days with a one year old toddler and my in laws and had plenty of space and loved every minute. The only reason why I commented on cleanliness was due to my toddler and I am extra neat - so we cleaned the floors when we arrived. I think we might have also rushed the cleaners as we checked in right at 3:00 p.m. and she seemed to have alot of work to do.

Thank you for providing this property and the opportunity to experience Kauia. We have already referred you 3 families and anyone who asks about our trip.

A#1 asset of the condo is the gift of the ocean that seems to be yours alone when sitting in the living room or the deck. It was great to watch the kite surfing and marvel at how easy they make the sport look. A monk seal (B-24) came and slept on the beach; the seal babysitter saw to it that we tourists kept our distance and explained that this seal had been raised on this beach and thus frequently visits.

The condo itself was very nicely decorated and the placement of the upstairs bedroom gave plenty of private space for both couples in out party.

Another nice feature of this condo is the location on Kauai...convenient to the airport and midway between side trips to either side of the island.

I was surprised and please to see all the chickens the island hosts. The crowing is a backdrop to the island sounds and while frequent was never intrusive.

Great location, and beautiful view. It would help if there were some instructions for the TV and there was a better barbecue. The barbecue near the pool was very dirty and took some effort to get it to work.

This place is fantastic. The sheer size and finishings here make it one of the best in Kauai. Our highlight would have to be our morning breakfasts on the lanai overlooking the beach and the sunrise. Top notch place and it was very private... The perfect place for our honeymoon!

My husband and I were very very very satisfied and grateful for the opportunity to stay in this amazing condo. I can't thank Lauren enough for all her help in finding the perfect place for my 50th birthday.

The pictures online don't do it justice. It's located close to Kapaa, but far enough away not to be 'touristy'. It felt like it was our home for the month of our stay. It was very private and quiet with it's own private access to a small local beach.

Turtles played in the waves almost every day we were there between 11am and 4pm. I'd never seen sea turtles in the wild before, so this experience was very exciting for me.
